I'm Aryn
Hi there! I’m Aryn. I am a homeschooling mom of 3 beautiful girls, wife to my handsome husband Hayden, and passionate about all things health and wellness. I am a certified Holistic Health Coach and Clean Beauty Advocate and Educator. I started my wellness journey about 12 years ago when Hayden and I decided we wanted to start a family. For the first time we began to read labels and research ingredients in every day products we were consuming, cleaning with and using on our bodies. We were completely shocked at the lack of regulations and what was lurking in our products and what we were exposing ourselves to on a daily basis.The switch to a safer and cleaner lifestyle was and still is a slow process, as is often the case to avoid overwhelm, and we continue to learn new things even to this day. But it has been a process we have never regretted.
Health and wellness expands beyond food and exercise, which are the most prevalent branches of wellness in society. But truthfully, you can exercise everyday and eat organic and nutrient dense food yet still be filling your body with harmful toxins via so many other outlets in life. This includes what you clean your home with, personal care products (shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup and skincare etc), what you put into the air you breathe (candles, air fresheners), and even the products we remedy our sickness with that is so readily available at every corner store near you.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers, nor am I a doctor. However I am a well-rounded, well-researched individual who has used natural products for more than a decade for almost all aspects of my health and wellness. I speak to what I know and what has worked for me and my family and offer those solutions as another tool in your health and wellness toolkit.
